DePaul's MENP Fall 2011

Has anyone else applied to DePaul's MENP program for the Fall 2011 term? If so, has anyone heard back from them?

They said next week sending out admission letters and that the admissions committee was finalizing decisions now. But I am hoping they update the campus connect login before then like how it said in the other thread from last year people found out before they received their letters.

Well that is good news that we will find out soon, but that also makes me feel really nervous! I hope everyone gets good news.

I have only contacted them about some of my in progress prereqs, but besides that no.

Letters are starting to go out. I got mine. Not accepted but I expected that since my GRE was not 1000.

I'm sorry to hear that. It is disappointing, but at least you know the GRE is something you can improve on. Does anyone know how DePaul is about reapplying, do they let you know what you can improve on?

Nope, no clue. I would hope they review the apps again, especially if there were changes made. But each application time you are against different people, and depending on who you happen to be grouped with would determine your "rank" I assume. Like if someone was borderline this time, but for January there were less qualified people that applied, would that person get in or would they just take less people? On a side note, just took a drive over to my new house (used that address since Im moving some point this month) and no mail yet...

Mine wasn't either. I just did the live chat with admissions and she said letters were being mailed out next week. Maybe you just got yours early.

She also said that it won't necessarily be updated on campus connect, like it won't say you are admitted or not. But I guess if ours has a new tab for immunizations and says admitted students (like it said in past threads) then I guess it means we're in. She didn't mention this though to me, I'm just assuming it will be the same as last year.

No update for me either on campus connect. And thats right, it wont say yes/no you were admitted....but if new tabs show up, like in the past, it means you're in. Now, mine already has those new tabs from my undergrad, but they all say "undergraduate" in parenthesis next to each one. So, Im guessing itll change to "graduate" for me (hopefully!).
