Our agency is getting ready to bring our Hospice nurses
up on electronic
documentation. We already use the McKesson product for Home Care and I was wondering if any of you use that system, in particular how you handle problems and goals and weekly case conferences? But would also like to hear the good and the bad with Hospice electronic documenting. We are using Motion Tablets out in the field with our
Home Health Nurses and really think the timeliness and thoroughness of documentation has improved and we are hoping for the same outcomes with our Hospice Nurses. Thanks in advance for any comments, insights and suggestions.
