Trying to purchase a mental health home care policy manual

I guess the title says it all. Does anyone have a good manual they have bought and thought it was useful? I am trying to locate one that does not cost an arm and a leg. The cheapest I found was 800 and the most was 2700.

I have tried, Briggs, Med Pass, various other groups, the Corridor Group....

The agency I work for is not accredited so we don't need a JCAHO manual.

No mental health program. Mental health services are managed by seperate provider:Magellan contracted with local commercial and MA HMO insurance companies.
