Interview tomorrow - salary question!

I have an interview tomorrow with a Home Health agency and i know theyll ask salary requirements. Thats where i need help. The position is for assistant director and the highest ive ever been is case manager. Does anyone know what the mean salary is so i dont overshoot or undersell myself? This is the Dallas market.

If you are not familiar with the salary ranges for an Asst DON, you could tell the agency you are unsure of what the market demands in that area. I would have to guess it would be in the $55,000 - $65,000 range, since that's about what it is in the Louisiana area. Good Luck!
