I have an interview with this agency on Monday and wanted to hopefully find some RN's here that work for this company???? Hopefully, you could email me and give me some interview tips or information about benefits and salary negotiation before Monday. I'm a new grad and they are considering hiring me to work in my area of rural KY(which is a rare opportunity). I'm very nervous and excited about the position because I am a new graduate. If anyone else wants to give me some salary info about home health in general, please email me too. I want to negotiate a good salary and benefit package but know little about the company itself and what the salary ranges would be for the KY area. This position would be a perfect match for me and my location of KY and I'm hoping someone here can help me out with my interview process and land this job. Please help!!! Thanks again.
