Girling Health Care

by Arf2n

Has anyone here worked for Girling Healthcare? I have an interview next week, but I've never heard anything about them. Also, I'm a CNA, and was wondering what the the pay range is for Home Health Aides. I would be getting paid per visit, traveling around 100 miles a day, no benefits, and paid for gas mileage. Is this a good deal or not?

Only a good deal if you get enough visits per day to make it worth your while no matter what the rate of pay. One visit per day average is not worth it.

Ok so I got the job and found out that they start out paying $13 a visit, and $.40 a mile from patient to patient, office time for mandatory meetings once a week, and you get about 6 patients a day, but if you can handle more, they will give you more.

Just wanted to say thanks for posting this information! I'm going to be applying later this evening and was curious about the starting pay, etc. I'm a new CNA looking for my first job.

You never know when a post will help someone else!
