Anyone work in California for Kaiser or Sutter home health? Or any other large hospital/system based home health?

How are they set up?

Hourly/salary/PPV?

Weekends/on call?

Territories?

Satisfied?

Have worked for neither, but knew a person who worked for Kaiser home health and who stated that she was happy with the situation. (Directly involved with the specific situation, not Kaiser across the board). When I tried to apply for work with Kaiser, the brick wall in front of me was very effective. Since I couldn't even apply for the job, I can not say that I would ever have been happy with them.

Related to the person I knew who was happy with Kaiser, "it's who you know". She made disclosing comments that indicated this was the case with her.
