Nursing Students HESI

Published

I am finishing my first semester of nursing school and just took the HESI. Don't know how many different versions of the test there are, but mine had 55 questions. I did pretty good (1147/ Conversion 99.44%) I thought it was surprisingly hard.

Wondering the purpose of it and if all nursing students in the country take it (and is it just a voluntary thing the schools do)? Does everyone get the same questions? Are there different versions for ADN and BSN students?

Despite doing pretty good, it benefits me not at all. Our school doesn't give us any grades or incentives :(

good job. i got an 1127 with conversion of 99.99%. if you go into the evolve website, you can look to see what areas are strengths and weaknesses. you can print a study packet. on the scoredescription, it tells you was this test means

My exit HESI had 160 questions. Was yours a HESI for a specific subject?

our end of semester HESI wasn't as bad as I anticipated. 1064 - 96.3% I'll take it!

If anyone is from the Los Angeles area and can help me out with a little bit more knowledge about a college called Angeles on Wiltshire ... I did not see too much online but liked the fact that it's small and dedicates more time to clinicals . I had just passed my HESI entrance exam ( I'd say in my opinion everything but math is possible and with studying not as hard as the teas ) ... My final score was 81.5 percent !!!! Im very happy it's over and on the next chapter of this sage , I will hopefully go by materials learned... I found the calculations for what some colleges say is acceptable being a little more complicated and lets say they require a 70 or 75 overal and if a person gets anything lower than low to mid 80s on the individual pats than one can't meet the criteria , even though one needs a 70 to even pass an indevidual part .... I believe my score is in the ( 90 percentile ) and after looking at how well everyone else did , I c I'll b facing some smart future nurse .... If anyone can give me some insight on my question , I'd appreciate it and if not I wish everyone success in thier Carrer....

No, it's just end of first semester hesi (never heard an actual name/version). Was your end of first semester, too?
