St. Paul's School of Nursing - Spring 2015

Nursing Students HESI

Published

Hey everyone, I'm new to the site.

I've recently taken the HESI at SPSON, I got an overall 91%. I'm planning to go to the evening classes if I get accepted. The next step is the interview with the President of the school? Anyone else applying to SPSON?

Hey! So did I..I am also waiting for my interview. I am hoping to attend evening as well! Hope to see you there!!!... Im worried about the high tuition to be honest i laready have a BS degree. Just feels weird paying for a AAS now.. But i really want to be a nurse soooooo here I am lol

Yeah the tuition is extremely high just for an AAS. I was contacted for my interview yesterday. It's November 11 @ 11am.

Congrats, everyone

Is SPSON still testing?

And how much is it?

I'm not sure if they have a deadline yet, you would have to call to find out. As far as tuition, it's very expensive. About 40k-50k for the entire program.

So I was supposed to have my Interview on Tuesday at 11am. When I got there I was told that the President of the school had a last minute emergency and had to leave. My interview was rescheduled for this Tuesday. I really just want to get this over with and move on with this process. I have a lot of things on hold waiting to see if I get accepted or not.

Hi Everyone! I too have applied to St. Pauls for the Spring semester. I had my interview in the beginning of Nov. Still waiting to hear if i got in.....and it seems like it is taking forever! Eva Milly, how was your interview?

Hi all! I also applied to St. Paul for Jan 2015. i had my interview already at the end of October and hadn't heard from them since. The interview seemed to have gone well. The president of the school seemed really nice and articulate about the school. Has anyone heard if they got in yet?

Don't be nervous Eva Milly!, the president is really nice and basically he asks about you and your background and why you chose nursing, he just wants to see if you're going to put school as your number one priority. I'm sure you'll do great!

Well I had my interview last week Thursday. It went much better than I expected. He explained a lot of things that I was unsure about. He said that acceptance letters will be going out first week of December. I still haven't taken the BLS course so I need to get that done ASAP.

That's great to hear! Is that bls course required?

Yes, it's required to have it before we start classes.
