I love aromatherapy stuff. I like to use stuff from bath & body works. Some favorites include:

- Stress relief roll-on. I like to use this during tests or while I'm studying. I roll it on my wrist then rub it in and it works nice because I like to rest my head on my hand with my arm on the table so it puts my wrist by nose and I can breathe it in!

http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/prod...entPage=family - H/A relief roll-on. I suffer from headaches all of the time and this stuff helps - just rub/massage it on your temples or the base of your neck. Or rub it on your wrists and just breathe. These things are $10/ea. but they sell the stress relief & H/A relief roll-ons in a pack that is $15, otherwise if you buy them seperately you're paying $20.

pillow mists! I'm currently using the lavender vanilla but I also like the warm milk & honey one. Just spray it on your pillow case (or on sheets or w/e) and let it dry. Mind you this stuff isn't going to KNOCK YOU OUT but it really helps to relax you and help you drift off to dream land.

Yoga is also a good stress-relief...and massages

I've found two things very important to minimizing my stress level: prioritize daily (on paper) and make sure to take short breaks regularly...add in some exercise on the less hectic days

...and ALWAYS get enough rest!

When Im stressed--i do things that make me feel like a kid again---i read books like Harry Potter, or watch cartoons, color with my kids, and flip through my daughters "teenybopper" mags---sounds silly but it does help escape reality for alittle while.
