- 0Feb 1, '13 by beckster116I know exactly how you feel. I felt the same way. I have PCOS as well. I tried so hard to have a baby and was blessed with triplets. I understand the emotion ups and downs you feel. You are in no way "evil" you are just a woman wanting a baby. Fertility treaments were the only way I could conceive. We had to shrink the cysts on my ovaries for the eggs to drop. I had the most wonerful doctors here in NE Ohio. I wish you the best of luck. I realize your post was some time ago and I hope you are blessed at this point.
- 0Feb 6, '13 by makayleefusion360I suffer from PCOS as well. I have found the best way to maintain it is by taking Janumet, Spironolactone, and Armor Thyroid. This helped me shed some of the pounds, but my energy level was still low. Lately I have been cutting out all sweets and junk food. It seems to help a little bit with my energy level. Next month I plan to take out the diet coke.. we'll see how that goes!
