  1. Make sure to be eating a balanced diet. If you are lacking in nutrition you are going to be even more tired. Keep low calorie snacks on you while you work so you can have sustained energy.
  2. Don't procrastinate. You are going to have a lot of tough assignments and tests to take. If you are on top of things you are a lot more likely to succeed.
  3. I think you should stick with it and search for opportunities out there. Don't give up now!
  4. I am so sorry you're going through all of this. Life has a way of doing this, but don't give up. Keep looking for jobs! You will find one!
  5. This quote is awesome! Thank you for posting it. It's so true, we all want that amazing nurse when we are patients.
  6. Thank you for this article. It seems that nursing students often get stuck with the CNA jobs. I am glad to know there are other options!
  7. It's an awesome school! I highly suggest it!
  8. I have PCOS and my Vitamin D levels are very low as well. Have them do another thyroid test. The regular one did not show what was wrong with me. When they did the other tests they found out that I did have PCOS, and they then put me on Armor Thyroid. It helped me lose a lot of weight.
  9. I suffer from PCOS as well. I have found the best way to maintain it is by taking Janumet, Spironolactone, and Armor Thyroid. This helped me shed some of the pounds, but my energy level was still low. Lately I have been cutting out all sweets and junk food. It seems to help a little bit with my energy level. Next month I plan to take out the diet coke.. we'll see how that goes!
