Working nights....tips anyone?
Make sure to be eating a balanced diet. If you are lacking in nutrition you are going to be even more tired. Keep low calorie snacks on you while you work so you can have sustained energy.

The fear just hit me - help :(
I have PCOS and my Vitamin D levels are very low as well. Have them do another thyroid test. The regular one did not show what was wrong with me. When they did the other tests they found out that I did have PCOS, and they then put me on Armor Thyroid. It helped me lose a lot of weight.

Nurses with PCOS? Or Advice?
I suffer from PCOS as well. I have found the best way to maintain it is by taking Janumet, Spironolactone, and Armor Thyroid. This helped me shed some of the pounds, but my energy level was still low. Lately I have been cutting out all sweets and junk food. It seems to help a little bit with my energy level. Next month I plan to take out the diet coke.. we'll see how that goes!
