If you're referring to the item I ordered, it looks sort of like a step thing but it's a base that has resistance bands all along the sides and on the ends. There are attachments for one-hand, a bar for two, and really it's pretty useful. But, I have let mine sit... so IF you'd use it, try it out. You can find them on ebay for cheaper than the infomercial.I don't normally get hooked into this type of stuff, but I really am thinking about getting it. Has anyone ever used one?
