Hello all,

I have seen a lot of threads in regards to back pain but I wanted to ask a very specific question as well. Does anyone have a suggestion for a back brace preferably for plus size that can be worn at work and can handle having to bend, crouch, etc that can provide some support and pain relief?

I am having a lot of lower back pain and often feel like my back is "twisted" from the constant leaning over to assess, given medications, and probably just not sitting enough during my shifts (lol that'll probably never happen.)

I've also been using Australian Dream Back Pain Cream which helps for a limited time and a back massager when I am at home. Any other suggestions is great... think I am going to look into getting massages or maybe a chiropractor.

I am limited on medication management as I can't take NSAIDs.

Thanks all and hope ya'll don't got chronic back pain like I seem to be developing here... lol
