Navy Nurse Candidate Program Interview

I have my interviews coming up, and was wondering what to expect? Just curious I'm a 21 year old that has not been on any very big interviews like this and am actually really nervous/worried. Any help would be great.

I haven't done that particular interview.. BUT would remember this - you can be their ideal candidate. Present confidence, your potential based on past experience and goals.

Common questions: what is your greatest accomplishment, tell me about a time you used leadership to accomplish something, how would your peers describe you, why do you want to be a nurse, why do you want to be in the navy, where do you see yourself in 10 years, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses. I would try to find someone with several interviews under their belt and discuss some of these. I find drafting sample questions, then talking through them with someone you can then discuss how your goals can best be explained - as unless you think about them you might get hung up on the words despite your actual goals/desires. Best of luck. Also if its with a board keep your hands still, sit up, look at everyone in the eye rather and project a bit of confidence.. .remember you are young and new they expect less exp / confidence etc... show them the potential as that is what they are looking for :)
