Tschinault check your inbox please.Last edit by BVFD 333 on Jan 26 - Jan 26 by TschinaultQuote from leekun2010They did not notify me, I checked the status of my application and it stated "another applicant has been chosen for the position but an offer has not yet been made" I was very disappointed. I am a charge nurse in the OR and work per diem in the ED so I had hoped I was qualified for the position. How did they notify you? phone, email, etc?
- Jan 26 by TschinaultThank you very much and I will. Going to continue my education and get my BSN and masters. I have a BA in something else so it will not take quite as long. I had hoped being a charge nurse in the OR and an RN in the ED would qualify me for the OR position for which I applied, maybe I need to become more valuable in general. More education is never bad for forward motion. Thank you again.

- Jan 27 by jeckrnOne thing is the BSN, the Federal Government is very big on it. The BA helps but if another candiate has a BSN the BSN will win almost everytime. Keep your head up and keep trying because if you dont the answer is always no. Even with the hiring freeze, some positions can still be filled.Tschinault and LunahRN like this.
