What is the lowest and the highest pay for LPN'S and how beneficial is it to work agency within the metro area?

I am currently in school for my LPN. I'm guessing you are already an LPN (brown eyed girl). I live in Georgia and currently work as a PCT in a pediatric's hospital. The pay isn't bad.
