Hopeful for RN program Fall 2011 West Georgia Tech

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site so bare with me! I am a student at west georgia technical college and I recently turned in my application for the rn program for fall 2011 acceptance. I was going to put my grades out there and see if anyone thinks I might have a chance au getting into the program or just to talk with others competing! My grades were: 3 A's & 2 B's. I had composite score of 123 on nln (84th percentile). I'm so anxious to know! I want to get in the program so bad! please give me some feedback, thanks!!

Hi! I've applied at WGTC and playing the waiting game as well. I made a 95 on the NLN after taking it a second time. It always makes you nervous to wait after working so hard to get to this point. Good luck to everyone:)

Wow I wish I could make that good on nln.. how were your grades? Have yall gotten I letter with your points yet? I know someone that has but I haven't yet.

I have not as of today, however, I did call the school and they said they will be sending that letter out first and then about two weeks after that they will be sending interview letters. They said interviews maybe the first week of May. As soon as I hear anything else i'll update the forum. :)

Youre Welcome. I am anxious as well thats why I called them today...lol I added up my points already so I am not as anxious for the letter as I am for the interview letter... and then after that the wait begins again :)

ROFL...They changed my mail carrier to a lady who comes after 2...grrrr I was spoiled by a man that came no later than 12:15...so I go nuts waiting...

Just got a call from West Georgia, (They didnt see my transfered grade posted from my micro) never the less she found it, but just a little relief for all of us waiting, she said they are trying to get the letters out by the end of the month. They had over 100 applicants. Hope this helps. Now we can stop chasing the mail carrier down...lol

BTW, This was for the Murphy Campus not sure what the status for the Lagrange Campus

Well I received my letter today telling me the points I received. I got 64.9 points. Not really sure what this means?!
