a few questions on GPC

U.S.A. Georgia

Has anyone gone to Georgia Perimeter college for nursing? If so what are the clinicals like? And do I have to have a clinical and every field of nursing or just the specialty I choose? I'm moslty interested in OB and womens healt and things of that nature and not too curious about the others.

Well I only went part time so it took me a lot longer than it should have.

I took History, Phys Ed, Political Science, Chemistry (which I would not suggest), and World Religions ALL online.

I tested out of Digital Literacy. And had already taken English and Psycology before starting GPC.

I did Algebra, Micro, Public Speaking, and A&P I & II at Dunwoody

I have a few questions about the GPC program. First I have a AS degree from there and a BS from somewhere else. ( Obviously). Before I got the bone head idea to get into the career I'm actually in, I was trying to get into the medical field. After realizing my bad decision I am now looking to get back into the medical field as a nurse. I do have all requirements except for Microbiology. However, it has been more than 6 six years so, lucky me, I have to retake A&P I&II. I'm hoping to apply to 5 or 6 programs in the fall but GPC is my first choice.

First I would like to know of any study guide that actually helped. I got the one that the GPC website recommended but it only has two practice test and I really need to relearn most of this math.

The 2 years that this program takes, is that including summers or just fall spring fall spring?

As far as GPA. Do they just look at your GPA for the prereqs or all classes taken that may not be required ? I had a hard time with General Chem II and had to take it over again. If its just the prereq's then I have 3.33 without Micro and a 2.82 in all of my classes taken. Is this competitive? Any info you all can give me would be great.

Thanks
