Has anyone heard when acceptance letters will be mailed out??

If you hear anything, please let everyone know!!

No email for me either. My advisor has been the same since I applied to the UNG.

I know we are all anxiously waiting on those acceptance letters. I'm trying to keep myself busy so I won't go crazy. I'm trying but it's not working very well for me...hopefully we hear something soon..

I totally agree! The wait is painful.

I know...I have the count down!!! I have to go on a business trip this Sunday through Wednesday night, it is going to kill me to be away from my mail box for so long!! LOL

I totally understand. I had stopped checking my mail and had my boyfriend checking it. I was getting anxious every time I went to the mailbox. But he just went out of town so now I have anxiety again!

When I applied, I had a 3.56 with a 70% on my TEAS...I just cannot wait to get in! I know that when I asked, I was told that I was in the "top group" of the waiting list. I am not sure what that means, but I hope it was good news for me.

Sounds like good news to me! I'm in the top group also. Last year when I applied I was in the middle group. By July I had moved to the top group but still didn't get in. Which means to me that they accepted everyone in the top group either in May or July. So I'm hopeful and you should be too! Reading back on this thread at least five ppl have declined their spots. Who knows how many more since then.

So now all we have to do is wait! It will be a big sigh of relief once we get in!

I know...I will be so relieved!! I am sure my wife and kids will love not hearing me ask every day...Did anything come in for me...LOL It will be a good thing for us all. We all need to hook up when we get accepted to the program and study with each other! I have heard it is always nice to have someone to study with in order to help understand the materials. I have been in school for 2 years now doing all my course work, I only have 4 more core classes to be finished with my bachelors! So, once I am done with the ASN portion of the nursing program, I will be taking the accelerated BSN course in order to finish that ASAP. My end goal it to get my Masters in Nursing so that I can be an AFNP (Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner).

Sounds like a plan! I am going all the way to get my Master's as well! I'm going straight thru. ASN first, then work while I get my BSN. Then straight to MSN. Should take me 4.5-5 yrs if I do it straight thru.

Dedean,

What campus did you apply to? I'm all for study groups! And isn't it possible to get your BSN completely online? I'm at the "top" of the waiting list also... I have my fingers crossed for us all!

It'll be interesting to finally meet each other when the time comes. :-) Cumming is my first choice and Dahlonega is my second choice.
