One of my instructors told this story:
She was relaxing at home reading a nursing journal, when her young son approached her and asked, "Mom, what does Urorifice look like?"
She thought he said, "What does your orifice look like?"
She thought to herself, oh boy, here comes the sex talk. But why would he start with the orifice? Oh well, I'm his mom, and I'm a nurse. I can handle it.
She began, "What would you like to know?"
"Like, what color is it?"
"Well, it's kinda pink and kinda brown."
"Does it have rings on it?"
"Well, honey, not if it's clean."
Suddenly they began to realize they were not talking about the same thing.
"Mom, I was talking about the PLANET... Oh, Mom, you're gross!"
