I also want to tell you I am very proud of the way you are standing up for yourself. Do not let them push you around. Update: Just wanted to let you all know that I have been reinstated while the appeal goes through. They re-enrolled me (because somehow I got dis-enrolled without my knowing it--go figure). I am continuing on to the College Appeals Board but for now, I can continue with my schooling......I go back to school tomorrow morning. Wish me luck because I would imagine I am pretty hated up there right now amongst some of the faculty!!! This does not mean I have won the fight but like I told the Provost: If I don't win at that level the next step is court......We'll see how smart they handle this......

Woohoo! Congrats! Just keep your head down, cross every T and dot every i. Don't speak with instructors or other students about your case. Don't give them any fuel for their fire.

    Keep us updated!

Also I would recommend you consult with your ombudsman. A good ombudsman is a master of negotiation and will have a pretty good idea of what tickles the ears of faculty members who sit on the appeals boards. Just another thought.
