Snacks for 12-hour shifts

I'm about to start my senior preceptorship. It will be my first time with 12-hour shifts (prior clinicals were all 8 hours). I tend to have issues with blood sugar drops so I need to make sure I have snacks available to me in case I feel a crash coming on. I'm looking for ideas of things I can keep with me or at least in my bag that will stick with me and are reasonably HEALTHY. I get bored of the same things all the time (cereal bars, nutella and breadsticks) but I'm stuck in a rut. Any ideas?

Peanut butter and crackers

Peanut butter and apple or celery

Cheese and crackers (or apple)

Trail mix -- nuts, raisins, etc.

They make a lot of stuff like that in snack packs now.

A protein drink, greek yogurt smoothy, etc. -- easy to grab out of the fridge and take a few swallows quickly without having to take a full break

Kind bars are tasty. Protein smoothies. Cottage cheese/Greek yogurt with honey, cocoa, fruits and nuts. Fruit with nut butters. Breadsticks and Nutella is hardly reasonably healthy so there are a billion of other things that would meet your standards.

I know it's not, that's why I'm trying to find some stuff that's better. I just like how easy they are--in a little go pack, no refrigeration necessary.

Baby carrots and hummus, chopped and ready to eat fruits and veggies, string cheese, nuts, nut butter and fruit....Mmmmmm banana and peanut butter....now I'm hungry!

Soup in a thermos or coffee mug. It's nutritious and will keep you warm in the cold hospital.

Cocoa covered almonds work for me! They come in individual bags. Also, some gummy bears in a plastic baggy in case you need a fast pick me up. You can buy snack size plastic baggies and fill them with whatever.
