Everyone is so burned out, tired, crabby, and depressed around here, that it seems like now is a good time for a mutual admiration club huddle.

Pockspouse and I spent much of the weekend cleaning, storing, and generally tidying up the house, and it shows. It's much nicer to come home to (especially since I doubled back to put the forgotten crockpot on this morning).

I ROCKED my last full care plan of the program and my teacher wants to use it as an example for next semester.

I decided to take up the hook and have a small project going that doesn't look like a cat got ahold of it. Progress!

One more week. One more week! ONE! MORE!! WEEK!!! and we get a much-needed month off to recoup, recover, and reconsider. :lol2: After that, it's the home stretch and we're looking down the barrel of graduation, job hunts, and the even-more-stressful-than-school howcanthatbe first year of nursing.

Lay 'em out on the table, kids.

i made a gingerbread house for a grandchild and got it packed and mailed to her for decorating, cleaned the bird bath, took two cats to the vet, finished a big record review and report for a client, and fried nine pounds of chicken legs and breasts for three hungry guys. and ordered all the rest of my christmas presents online, so no mallwart for me! i am fabulous beyond words. today. tomorrow: we will return to our regularly-scheduled chaos, procrastination, and sloth.:jester:

Today I studied for 2 hours and went to the gym. That was my goal for today. I have been depressed lately so just to get out the house was a big step for me. My final exam is this week and I just can't for the semester to be over.
