Are you working? Do you plan to work during school?
I am asking about your future plans for employment because many people, including me, can manage working full-time and attending nursing school
full-time. For many individuals it is manageable, as well as a wonderful way to pay one's way through school without accruing excessive debt. I personally work 32 hours per week while attending school full time, and I make monthly payments to the school that I attend.
By the way, many cities, states, and regions in the United States are not in dire need of nurses. Just browse through these forums and you will find a multitude of new grad RNs across the country who have been seeking employment for months. Some have been jobless for over 1 year, so do not foolishly believe in the great myth that is better known as the "nursing shortage."
