"Made Incredibly Easy" or "Demystified"?

Which of those two series do you find better or more interesting when you want to review subjects or "self-teach" when you wanna get ahead of your course work?

Personally, I like Incredibly Made Easy. I read the reviews on Amazon and other sites to see their pros and cons, then I purchase if needed. I'm waiting for my IME ECG Interpretation, which is supposed to arrive tomorrow, and I can't wait lol -the reviews are awesome! Also, the IME series seems to lay out the material in a way where it's not overwhelming and they and they have great visual examples.

I used NCLEX-RN Made Incredibly Easy as my only NCLEX review book, and I thought it was great.

My Wound Care textbook in college was also Made Incredibly Easy.

I found them both detailed, but easy to comprehend. The format of the book, style of writing, and helpful diagrams and key points are really great tools for learning. I love the little pictures and captions as well.

I love my made incredibly easy books. I'm reading the ECG one right now, its very helpful. I liked the demystified for dosage book better though. I have used pathophysiology and F&E and love them.

I like both. I have both in a few nursing subjects. One thing I like about Demystified is the sections are easy to flip through; great for a bit of study help. Do not pay full price though! I got most of mine pretty cheap off of ebay and Amazon :)

I have nursing fundamentals demystified. It's meh. I'm getting health assessment made incredibly easy soon so I'll see how that is.

i like made easy books, i bought one demystified and i didnt like it

Here's another vote for made incredibly easy. I looked at the demystified books and they seemed a bit dry still. The made easy books just flow nicer,

Actually, for my psych class, I ended up using the psychiatric nursing made incredible easy book INSTEAD of the assigned textbook! The text book from Fortinash was so dry and full of page after page of useless fluff. Made incredibly easy took just the things that were important to nurses and gave to you in a simple format. I didn't care about this survey from 2003 was different form another survey done in Sweden in 2005 and that 0.5% of doctors thought that a 3rd survey was better. What I cared about was how the disorder occurs, what to look for, and how to treat the patient. Made incredibly easy did that! I have maybe 6 or so books from that series now.

Made easy books are awesome.... I have dosage calc, fundamentals of nursing, and health assessment.. They really pulled me through. Easy to read great pics and they have mnemonics that are helpful and easy to remember
