Read that the 98th percentile rankings were of people that scored an 83% average. This makes me very nervous. Whos taken the kaplan, and how was it?

Don't let it make you nervous. On the ATI comprehensive exams, it predicts 90% chance of passing boards if your true scores are in the 60s. This is because it's all based on averages. Tests like these are hard, and they're meant to be hard.

My school has a 95% first time taker pass rate for NCLEX so I am banking on a few other people not passing it instead of me. I am going to study by using the review books. One idea involved taking the Saunders' tests and then using the comprehensive review chapters if you did not do well in that area. Like if I get less than a 90% in one area, I am going to review that in the system. I also bought a Lipincott review book (I think) and the Kaplan review book. I'm also going to take 1 online class so I can request study guides through our state college libraries.

I scored between 55-60% on all my kaplan tests from home. The ones I was forced to take in school, I was scoring between 68-90%. I passed my NCLEX-RN with 75 questions.
