Hi, my name is Holly, I'm 18, no kids, but I do have a cat. I will start college next August, and my major is nursing. I have never been so worried, but I'm sure I can do it "hopefully".

Hello everyone... My name is Lynda, I am 33, happily married with three wonderful children. I have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 5 years and ready to make a change. After some time soul searching, I picked nursing as new found path. I begin classes in January with Chemistry (I never took in HS) and Sociology.. I will enter the actual nursing program next Fall and work on my ADN. I look forward to getting to know each of you..

I have 2 kids, my daughter is 5 going on 16 , my son is 16 months (looks like he is 3!). I'll be going to school full-time and working part-time. Hello All!!
My name is Veronica, proud mother of four with a wonderful husband. I am completing my prereqs. this semester (I took 21 hours), looks like 5 A's and 2 B's, if I don't bail on my physics test next week. I can't wait for the four week break and a chance to really clean my house (please ignore the ceiling fans).

I start January 03 at Washburn University School of nursing, I am in the 4 semester group and hope to graduate December 04. Back to no life and a semi clean house.

    Good luck to all!!!

    Hi All!!

My name is Brandi. I have been hanging out here for a little while now but have not formally introduced myself.

I have one more semester of nursing school to go. YEAH!
I am so excited..been in college way to long and ready to graduate and take a break......atleast before I go back for my MSN.

I am not married, have no kids, not even a pet...but thats ok, I don't have much time for that right now. Of course after I start working, I would eventually love to start a family.

I do work part-time here in AL, so I can pay bills....But I hope to work in L&D when I graduate.

Nice to meet everyone, hope to talk with you soon.

    Hi everyone,
I have been reading these boards for a while, but have just recently started posting. I am 24 years old, have a bachelors in nutrition, and am in my third semester of an accelerated second degree program in philly. Thankfully I will be graduating in May and I am trying to decide where I want to work. It is really interesting to talk with other students, especially when I am frustrated and need a break (which is pretty much all of the time!!!) It was nice to meet all of you.

Hi everyone! I found the board while looking for scrubs online and while I didn't find the clothing, it looks like a great place to hang out!
I'm 37 this Dec. 18 and will start my last year in the RN program this spring (woohoo!).
No kids, but have a supportive girlfriend, 2 dogs and a cat.
I had the rare chance to sample the local health-care industry (thanks to my bike being sideswiped by a drunk in a car). Both rider and motorcycle have recovered. I learned that in healthcare, it is FAR better to give than to receive.
    Take care
