anyone using Craven and Hirnle's Fundamentals of Nursing Human Health and Function study guide? Our teachers told us that the answers are wrong. Has anyone else noticed this to be true?"

Yes some of them are incorrect - we used that in our first semester (and occasionally refer back to it) and some of them were wrong, I can't remember which ones though!

Don't you just hate that? We were told that some of the study questions in our med/surg book by Burke, LeMonte, Mohn-Brown are wrong. How are we suppose to study if we don't know what's right and what's wrong?
