I got my first Nursing job offer!

Just went back after spring break. Had an interesting one. Got into an arguement with my boss, so I went the very next day to look for other employment. This is what I found...

Better hours, cleaner facility, and an offer to work as a nurse in 3 months when I graduate. (Holding a position for me!)

I will work as an LPN in LTC (what I want) for 3-12 hour days. Days I will choose during the week, with up to 6 days off in between. And an excellent starting rate for this area.

So no...I don't think I will be returning to the hell hole I worked in before, even though I was told today that I had not been fired yet. (Whatever! )

I am tickled to death about actually being hired in for a nursing position! It's great!:chuckle :chuckle :chuckle
