I was visiting the patch adam's site and they gave me a great idea for our nursing club. They have a "home visit" once a month where they go to a home/institute wearing clown outfits and acting really goofy to make people laugh.....believing in the adage that sometimes laughter is the best medicine. I am going to present this to our nursing club and see if I can get some interest in this. Even my hubby wants to be involved in it!!!
