HESI finally over with

I know a few of you have been hearing me moan and groan over the last couple of months about not passing the HESI...Well...it's finally over with.

Went to class on Wed - to find out what they were going to do with the 5 of us left, who had not passed the 4th Hesi...the teacher told us we would be staying a few hours...to go get breakfast and come back...we're thinking oh great...what are they going to do...lecture to us again.

Anyway...we came back after breakfast, she's brings us downstairs to the computer lab and says we're taking HESI...I'm thinking oh ****...I haven't studied since the last HESI...the teacher had told us not to study over spring break...so of course I didn't...I even went back to my old job...I basically said the hell with it and was going to get on with my life...

We had to make 900...made 950 with no studying...Go figure - So I guess all this time it's really been major stress that was holding me back.

So anyone out there that is going through the same thing I did...just hang with it...eventually it's gonna happen.

Woo Hoo it's finally all over with...No more school...I finally have a degree....

Congrats!:balloons: I know you are so happy to have it over with! I take my exit Hesi April 7th.....getting a little stressed! I am studying, & praying I pass.

A word of advice...which I'm sure you've already heard...eat a good breakfast...and don't over study....do other things...I have a bad habit of sitting down and not wanting to move for hours, just cause I'm in the groove...

We took like a practice one this qtr (next qtr is our exit HESI) and we also had to get a 900...got a 902! haha..it is like they say..as long as you pass! I didn't care I got out of our Med Surg final :) I'm so burnt out! Dont wanna study for that exit HESI

I have the same bad habit.....I can study forever!!! I will think ok now I need to take a break, but in an hour I am still at it. Does anyone else think the Hesi Q's are worded weird?? Its like they ask one thing , but want something different. It is probally just me.....but it also seems like some of the rationale just does not make sense. I can do Saunders Q's & have no problem knowing exactly what they are asking, & their rationale makes sense to me. Anyway....back to doing practice Q's.....Lord ya'll please say a little prayer for me on April 7th...I need all the help I can get!

Congratulations! You did it! Now you have one more stepping stone to take...the NCLEX! By the way, the NCLEX is not as hard as the HESI exit exam. I took it yesterday and got out of there with 75 questions.
