So where are you stuck? You have the answers. If you don't understand how to get from problem to solution show what you have and where you are getting stuck so members can guide you.

1. hrs = mL ÷ mL/hr

2. mL/hr = mL/units x units/hr

3. mL = (mL/hr * 24hrs) + (antibiotic mL * 6) + (flush mL * 6) - (mL/hr * ((30*6)/60))

mL = (mL/hr * 24hrs) + (antibiotic mL * 6) + (flush mL * 6) - (mL/hr * ((30MINUTES PRIMARY IS NOT INFUSING*6NUMBER OF TIMES PRIMARY IS NOT INFUSING)/60TO CONVERT TO TOTAL NUMBER OF HOURS))
