As far as book vouchers go!! I have financial aid leftover and asked the cashier today what the earliest that would be posted to the bookstore...not until 1 week BEFORE class. ughhhh. I was hoping to buy my A&P and Chemistry books early so that I could get ahead, but dont know if I want to shell out the $300 before hand. oyyyyy stupid financial aid guidelines.

I can't stand the financial aid system. Years ago when I was at University they sent me a check for the wrong amount, but I didn't know that. Right before the semester started I received it and went to deposit it, but they had put a stop payment on it already. It took six weeks to get the correct one and I was ready to tear all my hair out because I went so broke during that time. They didn't care one iota.
So why did they stop the check? They had sent me $14.00 more than I was entitled to. :angryfire

Isn't that just the DUMBEST thing? I detest having to go wait in line at the bookstore/registrar's office for hours just because the darn school can't be bothered to get stuff done before classes start, and let everyone get a jump on getting supplies and books.

gezzz $14 freaking dolars. Gotta love the aid system
Good Lord! Sure sounds smart to me........spend $20 to stop payment on a $14 overage. The scary thing is, those are the people that usually have a high degree in Accounting! :chuckle
