eeewww...these scrubs are stiff!!

they say wash them in hot water.. hopefully they dont shrink though..

I don't think I'd be so lucky that they would shrink!!:chuckle The pants are HUGE...I will have to take them back tomorrow. I got a unisex medium, thinking I could take them in. I have long legs, and difficulties finding things to fit. Well, apparently I tried on the smalls, but grabbed the mediums instead. Oooppps!

The top, too is a bit big. Too roomy up on top. And the smallest size they make is a small.

Besides...these are 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Yuck!

Washed mine in hot water, then air-dried them the first time around.

The shirt was so stiff it LITERALLY stood on its own.

I was curious and tried it. :rolleyes:

try soaking them in a liquid fabric softener like Downy, then wash them, put more Downy in the rinse cycle and then used a Bounce sheet in the dryer. I know, it sounds like alot, but with a poly/cotton blend like that, you need all the softening you can get. You don't have to do this everytime, just when you first buy them.

Make sure that Downy is diluted well in that water first, dippy me decided to add it and splashed some on the clothes themselves, and it BLEACHED little polka dots on a black shirt

I've done that too with jeans!

With the Downy/fabric softener, I mix it with a little cup of water before I add it to the wash. I find that works best.

1) Keeps them from wrinkling in shipment.

2) If they are folded and starched heavily, they are less likely to become unfolded in a loose-packed box.

3) Some people think that startched=good quality fabric

4) Doesn't fall off a hanger easily.

(My aunt owned a uniform shop )
