Does anybody know anyone who has been pregnant in the nursing program? If so did they go through with the program or dropped?

I am currently about to finish my first semester with 2 under 2. I am managing well. I have a wonderful husband who picks up the slack for me. I am not working at all. Things are super tight due to this but I couldnt imagine doing it while working. Be organized, learn to say no. I have a study area set up in the middle of the play room so while the kids play I can study even if it's for 10 minutes. Some days I am up late and get up hours before the kids to study. Key though is having the support.

I do not have children (yet), but I recently got married. So, I am just curious... How did your teachers react to those of you (or those you know) who had a baby mid-semester? Were they understanding? Accommodating in any way? Or didn't care? Did your school give you any option for leave of absence? Was it hard going straight back to class only days after the baby is born? If it were me I would probably miss my baby too much!
My professors were very understanding. I had a test scheduled for the day that I went into labor and my professor let me take it when I got back. I had Isaac on a Wed. and was back to school the next Mon. It was hard but he stayed with my mom a mile from the college so I could go and see him between classes.

I'm due June 1st and start NS August 26th. I also plan on BFing/pumping through school and clinicals. Crazy? Yes. But it's a personal conviction of mine that mothers have superpowers.
I also have an amazing (AMAZING) partner.
