I am currently attending another nursing school and have completed the 100's and 200's level courses. I am unhappy with my school and looking to transfer to chamberlain in Tinley Park. Has anyone ever transferred to this school from another nursing school? Will they accept transfer credit? If you are currrently in the program, do you like the courses and the clinicals, would you recommend this school?

Wow!!!! You are going to pay close to 100 thousand dollars for your education! That's at least 10 times more than you would at a regular school!!! Chamberlain is EXPENSIVE!!!!

Have you looked into some of the other local programs? I've heard mixed things about Chamberlin. There are lots of great nursing programs at colleges in and around Chicagoland that won't cost an arm and a leg.

I have looked into other programs near me, but none of them will take my transfer credit of the nursing courses that I have already completed for my BSN. I have even asked community colleges, and they will not take me due to their program being a bit different than a bachelors level. I am so frusturated with my school that I would rather go somewhere else.

I attend a different Chamberlain and there are a couple people that came from another nursing school. They were able to transfer credits for nursing classes. I don't know how many or which ones.
