I have typed everything in the little search blank at every search engine i know!!!
To make my own invitations is going to cost 20 bucks as opposed to the 150 that the school wanted for the pre-printed ones.
But i can't find any websites that have sample announcements for free! And most places are a fee-for-download software program.
HELP!
Reason why i'm wanting to see samples, is that i'm actually wanting to ANNOUCE this, since the majority of my family is hours away and i don't want them to feel like they HAVE to atend. But i also want them to know that i'm graduating, because they're always asking.

Marie I didn't go through the site, but the homepage says they have graduation backgrounds, borders, images and lines. I typed in "free graduation downloads" into google. Hope this helps.

LPN2Be2004, what exactly are you looking for in design for these announcements? I do websites and graphics on the side....Maybe I could help you. If it's not too much you're needing, I would certainly do so at no cost to you. Design? Colors? Images? What do you have in mind?

Since I'm graduating in 3 weeks, I just bought Print Shop Deluxe at Wal-Mart for $50 so I could make my own invitations and announcements. There are tons of clip art in this one and you can even prepare a resume with color background and all kind of other stuff I haven't even explored yet.
I should have specified. Oops! lol
Ok, i have the paper and the envelopes. I'm just using a plain dark cream heavy paper with matching envelopes. The invitation is going to be tied "shut" with gold metallic embroidery thread.
What i'm looking for is phrases and wording to print ONTO them lol. I have all the paper materials (even have the font picked out on MS Word, and i even impressed myself with how professional it looks). But i don't know what to put on these, how to word these announcements.
This is what mine will say:
I have strived for and accomplished
an important goal in my life
of which I am very proud
As a member of the
Practical Nursing class at
(your school's name)
I, (your name),
am pleased to announce my
Graduation (or capping) Ceremony
on (the date & time)
Please join me at

You can use any part of this if you want.
