I would love to be either ER or L&D.

I want to be almost everywhere:

OR- I think anatomy is just amazing

L&D- birth is just awesome

mama/baby- cause I'm a huge breast feeding advocate and Ilove babies

ER- I would always have something strange to talk about, it's different and exciting. hubby doesn't like this idea.

NICU-because I'm still in awe of the cyce of life!

:p I graduate in 4 class days from LPN school and have a job in a nursing home (only for 6 months because we are moving in July)

LOVE pediatrics - I would eventually like to be a Nurse Practioner and I'm tempted to specialize in PEDS

Clinic nursing, Peds, home health, or a setting where I could work with kids with special needs

I'm a psych consumer too and don't really want to be on the other side of the desk as it were

hey all!

so what am i gonna do? well i'm really thinking of telemetry! i just think i would enjoy working with ecg strips. i haven't studied them but it's fascinating and to me exciting.

i also am thinking seriously about public health nursing. i love the patient teaching aspect of nursing and working with indigent populations or non-natives would be my thing.

I am training to be an Adult nurse, but I am still unsure as to what field I want to go in to. I really enjoyed my medical elderly, and I know I don't want to go into peads. 12 weeks was bad enough!!:p But kudos to those that can, and do:)
