A&P2 + Microbiology together? Need Opinion, Thanks!

Nursing Students General Students

I had just finished A&P1 (Summer Session 1), and will take A&P2 together with Micro in Fall. Will there be too much to read and to memorize? Most students take A&P2 as a pre req for Micro. Will I be able to handle them together?

Although I received reasonable good grade in A&P1 (A-), but the Summer course was very rapid (less then 6 weeks), and I feel a lot of things are not stuck in my brain yet.

Thanks You,

Christina

There will be a lot to memorize, but if you really stay on top of things, it shouldnt be a problem. It will take a lot of hard work, but so is nursing in general :)

Good Luck!

During my fall semester last year, I took A&P II, micro, and a parasitology course. With all the labs involved, I spent a lot of time on campus! But I managed to get A's in all three classes. Your grades will reflect the amount of time you put into your classes, so you'll want to budget that time wisely. One thing I remember about that semester was that exams or practicals always seemed to fall on alternating weeks, so that there never seemed to be a week that I wasn't stressed about something.

But just keep in mind that it's only one semester, and I'm sure you'll do fine! Best of luck to you!

During my spring semester I took Pathophysiology, Microbiology and Neuroanotomy and Physiology and Nursing 210. Got A's in all 4 classes. It can be done if you have the time to do the work.
