1st test in fundamentals today!

  1. I had my first test in the fundamentals this morning. The funny thing was I wasn't the least bit nervous about this test and usually I have horrible test anxiety. I studied for 3 hrs yesterday and that was all. The test itself I thought was rather easy. Yeah, there were some questions I really had to think about but I did pretty good. I missed only 4 out of 50 questions. But that is considered a B at my school. We have a pretty strict grading scale. I'm ok with that though, I'll take the B. The questions I did miss were the tricky ones and it wouldn't have mattered if I would have studied any harder, I probably still would have missed them. So far things have been going really well. I heard all the horror stories about nursing school and how terrible it is before I started and I was so scared but now I have a whole new perspective. I think I'm really going to enjoy it. Has anyone else had their very first nursing exam yet? How did it go?

Mine is Thursday. I'm super nervous but excited because it will let me know where I stand and what and how I should study in the future, you know?

Mine is Friday and I just can't seem to get my hands around the info. based on the way the instructor teaches. She's a very good instructor is just that her style is very different from other instructors that I'd had in the past. I'm really stressing about this

Does anyone know of a practice exam website for LPN students? I've seen quite a few for A&P but none for Fundamentals for LPN's. I'm using the Fundamentals of Nursing Human Health and Function by Ruth Craven. Any help would be appreciated.
