which shift do you prefer working as a new RN?

I prefer day shift, but was offered only night positions

Nights for as long as my body can take it.

Nights is where I learned my critical thinking, self-reliance and many of my technical skills due to there being less people to help you out on nights. The excellent teamwork and lack of management on nights are definite pluses for me. I am working nights as long as grad school allows, then going to per diem days.
