where to find info about Pantoloc intravenous?

I have been searching for information about the maximum concentration/rate of administration/duration, etc. for administering pantoloc (pantoprazole) IV bolus and then continuous IV - all I have found is that in adults 80 mg can be injected into a vein bid (from Medline Plus), and that iv 40mg has been

administered over 15 minutes.

I have tried over 10 sources on the internet including eCPS, Medline Plus,

DrugDigest, RxFiles, Medscape - but most of don't have this information.

Does anyone know where I can find this information?

I also tried searching on Google, but didn't find the information among the many items that I was sifting through this afternoon.
