I note that in psych, our number pick up when the weather is cruddy - both because our addicted patients may not be able to get into the shelter and because we see more depression.
Working at the college clinic, we see tons of activity during flu season and just before and after spring break, right before finals, and about two weeks after school starts. Lots of injuries as soon as the weather turns nice.
