Volunteer opportunities for nurses near Riverside, CA

Hello, I heard employers hire you faster if you have volunteering experience. Question is where should we volunteer? Hospitals? medical centers or anyone know of places near Riverside where they take volunteers quick without having to wait a lifetime?

Also if you're licensed will one get in trouble if they are put in certain situations where the patient may need help ASAP but as volunteers I'm assuming we need to contact that particular medical personnel.

Thanks

Google and find out the nearest hospitals to you, visit their websites and see if they have a volunteer application, call them if there's nothing on their website and ask them your licensing question.

So were you planning to give out any help OR was your initial purpose was just to have an attitude and point out the fact that there's a town named Riverside in 20 different states?

Thanks, I've done that but just curious in case someone from the LA/IE area possibly knew of any hospitals or medical centers that accepts people without going through a lot of hoops.

Thanks again

It actually was pretty helpful as it allowed you to clarify your question and possibly get answers from people in the area.

I forgot to click on quote, I have the habit of just clicking on reply, this site must have had an update or something because before by clicking on reply the whole previous thread would automatically come up.

This message is actually directed since I clicked on reply under her thread to meanmaryjean, MSN, RN

No actually I did click on quote and was directly to her so allow her to reply please if she wants since it was directed to her not to you. Thanks

There is a personal message feature if you'd prefer not to hear responses from others.

No actually the ONLY PERSON that should be replying is that person Inhad placed quotes from meaning I'm replying to that particular person so not sure why this is a common habit on this website forum where people feel so compelled to reply when something obviously was not directed to them. That shows me people have no self control.

As you can others left me messages and I thanked then so obviously I'm open to responses BUT when i specifically reply back to a particular person and used their actual quote that means it was directed to that person in case you didn't know for future reference.

Thanks
