I am wondering if anyone can help me. I am sonographer who can't find a job. So I decided to go back to school and get my nursing degree. I am hoping that with an ultrasound register with ob/gyn and nursing would help me get a job. The real question is how much should I get paid hourly?

Feb 10 by eatmysoxRNAs a new grad RN it may be difficult to negotiate pay. Especially since you haven't worked as an ultrasound tech. While you may be a more appealing candidate, I'd be more concerned about obtaining a job than trying to negotiate pay.

Feb 11 by GrnTeaIF you get offered a job, THEN you can negotiate pay. An OB/GYN clinic or large practice might be very interested in having you.
