treatment of digoxin toxicity

If a person experiences digoxin toxicity, then the digoxin is withheld

in addition - is Digibind generally prescribed immediately? Or maybe it isn't always used?

is another inotropic medication prescribed immediately?

what usually happens with the timing of prescription of these medications (I'm reading about them but just not sure of the timing).
