Suggestions for nursing CD-ROMs

Does anyone know of a good CD-ROM that could improve ones critical thinking skills as a nurse. For example: Gives patient scenerios and quizzes along with rationales. I have my old medsurg books along with several more I have purchased but it would be fun and interesting to play along with a CD-ROM or game.

I wished they actually made educational nursing games out there where you can learn and have fun in the process. Any suggestions? :confused:

I was JUST coming on here to ask the same question. I've been looking for a case-study type of critical thinking book for lvl 2 Med/Surg, one that tests your replies in a variety of formats on a CD, including SATA, prioritization (rank 1-5 type of thing), etc.

So far I haven't found anything except the same old pen-and-paper type case studies, which are great but time-consuming. I'd love to be able to work more case studies into my study time. No, a CD-based one might not be quite as thorough and might prompt some answers, but it still gets you thinking critically, especially if it's not just multiple choice.

Has anyone heard of something like this?
