I was wondering if taking a Spanish class or being a bi-lingual (in Spanish) increases your chances of getting hire as a nurse.

I'm fluent in Spanish and while I think it has helped me with getting job or two, I don't know if it's a deal breaker. It definitely hasn't given me more money. But I feel more valuable to the patients I serve.
