RN Report Sheet 20 patients

I am a new nurse working on a skilled/transitional unit in a nursing home. Being in a nursing home, I have about 20 patients. I have been looking around for a report sheet to use, but majority of the results are suited for a 5 patient load. I was wondering if anyone could help me out and show me more suitable report sheets. Thanks

That's a good start...

To add: try to organize the sheet according to needs; ie, Blood Glusose, Vitals, wounds, treatments, Feeds taken down and/or put up, dialysis pts, etc. to help organize time wise what needs to be done as well as special circumstances for the pts. Insulin coverage at most facilities is most important aspect that is done first, at least on days and 3-11 so that adequate coverage is given prior to meal times; vitals are important to whether you need to hold a med or if a resident is being monitored closely, you have a baseline if a change occurs.
